Terms & Conditions
• It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase or consume alcohol at this event.
• It is illegal to purchase alcohol on behalf of anyone under 18.
• Party by the Parrett operates a zero-tolerance policy towards drugs, anti-social behaviour, and verbal abuse.
• If you are under 25, you may be asked to provide a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence).
• No food or drink (including alcohol) may be brought into the arena or car park. Only items purchased from PBTP bars and authorised vendors may be consumed within the arena.
• Overnight camping is not permitted. Local camping is available at Thorney Lakes Campsite.
• All under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult ticket holder when entering, re-entering, and throughout their time at the event.
• Party by the Parrett accepts no responsibility for attendees. Under 18s must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult for the entire duration of their visit. Anyone under 18 attempting to enter without an adult will be refused entry. If entry or re-entry is denied, PBTP accepts no responsibility for onward arrangements.
• Free parking is available on the Recreation Ground. PBTP accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or theft to vehicles parked on or off site. All vehicles must be removed by 14:00 on the day following the event. Vehicles left beyond this time may incur a £10 call-out fee, which will be donated to the Kingsbury Episcopi Community Centre.
• Dogs are not permitted on site.
• Tickets remain the property of Party by the Parrett. Right of admission is reserved.
• Entry and re-entry are at the discretion of PBTP and event security staff.
• Each ticket includes one recyclable glass.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted in tented areas.
• Any breach of these terms may result in eviction from the site and a ban from future events.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change. A full and latest set will be available on the Kingsbury Episcopi Community Centre page – it is the duty of the ticket holder to familiarise themselves with these prior to the event.
